Week 4
Week 4's going to consist of only THREE workouts. Still, they're considerably more intense than the past 3 weeks.
I think this six week thing is really working out. I mean, I've lost a lot of my gut, and I HAVE gotten a little stronger. Still, I think I'm going to do a whole month of just bench presses, squats and deadlifts. My bench press is really pathetic, so I'm aiming to up it by 20lbs within two months. I figure the squat-deadlift-press month will help immensely with that.
Maybe I'd better ask the online bodybuilding forums for some constructive criticism and support!

Anyway, I've still got one workout left from my third week.. as it happens, it's chest and shoulders day. Bring it.
